Why I swiched and well pleased!
I was using tax bit before they changed. I like Koinly as Is it supports many more exchange cryptos. The operation is easy to perform good instructions and generated my reports right away.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service I’ve been using Koinly for a few years to run my crypto capital gains reports. After reporting my 2023 taxes, I had to run my capital gains report again a few months later. Much to my surprise, there was a large discrepancy compared to my original report. I didn’t know what the problem was, but it was a big one. Koinly does everything I need to track my crypto transactions.
I have been using Koinly for three years after having tried a few other crypto tax software apps. Koinly interfaces with all of the major exchanges to automatically download transactions. With some minor exchanges I can easily manually enter transactions, as Koinly has a "duplicate" transaction option, where I can modify what is different about the new transaction. At tax time, Koinly informs me of any issues it sees with my data so I can make corrections. Then it will print out my tax ...

Very impressed
Very impressed , all went smoothly with relevant prompts . Since we were linking in various years 22/23/24 it took around 90 minutes to complete and recv the Tax reports . A fantastic time spent , in view of the numerous transactions . Cost was very reasonable . Well done and thank you!

Super easy to use and navigate round
Super easy to use and navigate round. If you get a little stuck connecting you exchange to Coinly, there are easy tutorials on you tube to follow, and it is very quick. The tax is very easy to follow, and generated very quickly, if you get problems, i have found the chat always takes you to a human, not a BOT, which was very valuable to me, and the woman was brilliant, sorted me out in a very short space of time.
