Buyer beware…

Koinly is great if you want inaccurate accounting and problems with the tax dept. If you would like to pay a company money and then volunteer your time as an unpaid software tester and digital detective, koinly is for you. Alternatively just pay an accountant and you wont have badly written software creating legal liabilities for you and giving you false record on your financial position.

Best User Interface

Definitely not perfect, it's hard to keep up with the ever evolving world of crypto, but these guys are really trying. You can see by the attention they put in to the details, and the constant improvements, and plus they have customer service reps that are actually answering to inquires. I work with a lot of crypto tax app and Koinly is my favorite.

Koinly has amazing

Koinly has amazing, user friendly tax prep software and I found a lot of value in the profiolio tracker to track my p&ls across all my crypto products. Finally when I experienced a customer service issue the team was fast and resoved things right away. I'm definitely on Team Koinly now.

Great Crypto Tax App

I am a small transaction investor. The Koinly app and website is very easy to use. I quickly added my crypto wallet and transactions without any issues. I as initially anxious about doing my crypto taxes but the tax reports make everything very simple and there are youtube and website step-by-step tutorials to complete tax. Can't think of anything that can be improved on.

Having outstanding taxes from 20/21 has been daunting especially when there was hundreds of transactions between different exchanges. The staff from Koinly were extremely helpful and guided me through problem issues.
