You can phish via email, text and voice. Having the phish alert button integration is a HUGE bonus as well (when using PhishER). The PAB allows our users to report emails that they believe are phishing emails, and then we in the IT department can run queries on SUBMITTED emails and quarantine/delete them from their inbox, ...
