"Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Knock CRM? The dashboard is easy to learn and use, very user friendly. What do you dislike about Knock CRM? It can get a little complicated on how the info flows back to Yardi or Entrata. What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing leads, collecting data about where my traffic is coming from.

"Intuitive, easy to use CRM with great product suppport."

What do you like best about Knock CRM? We have been using Knock for about two years now and have been extremely satisfied. It has a great interface that makes it easy to read all forms of communication with prospects (emails, chatbot, texts, calls) and is very intuitive. We have trained about 15-20 employees on Knock and the ease of use + online training catalog makes onboarding easy and efficient. "A great concept with too many kinks"

What do you like best about Knock CRM? Knock is designed as a foolproof way to manage prospect information and the renter life cycle. We like the follow up features and ability to craft unique responses. What do you dislike about Knock CRM? Poor integration with Realpage. What do you like best about Knock CRM? Knock is very user-friendly. It keeps all prospects organized and helps our onsite teams stay on top of follow up. What do you dislike about Knock CRM? "Overall a great platform for our teams!"

What do you like best about Knock CRM? It's user-friendly. The platform has a very modern and updated feel to it. They're very receptive and value input from their clients.
