"CRM Made Fun!"
What do you like best about Knock CRM? The interface is so user-friendly! I love the way everything is broken out. What do you dislike about Knock CRM? The formatting in my templates. I want to be able to have bullet points, pictures and adjust formatting. What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Queue management is much easier with CRM. I also love that you can target marketing at lost or specific leads.

"Follow Up Made Easy"
What do you like best about Knock CRM? The follow up scheduler is the most helpful tool in Knock. The ability to schedule in the time frame the prospect is looking to move. What do you dislike about Knock CRM? Engagement times aren't the most ideal. I wish they could be customized. What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Traffic conversions are seamless do to the syncing into Onesite.

What do you like best about Knock CRM? The functionality, dashboard, resident relations and marketing information captured. What do you dislike about Knock CRM? There isn't anything that I can think of. What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Property wide communication for the residents and call tracking.

"Best CRM in Multifamily"
What do you like best about Knock CRM? The ease of use and how it allows us to communicate with prospective residents in multiple ways are why I prefer Knock to other CRMs. Additionally, it gives transparent data on our leasing team's performance as well as our marketing sources. "Knock has Improved our Companies Closing percentages!"
What do you like best about Knock CRM? I like that Knock keeps all traffic, including current residents, in one place. Following up is easy and ensures we don't forget our follow-up. It also allows transparency for us to view how follow-ups are completed. Knock is easy for us to teach to our teams, and they have the best customer service as a company. What do you like best about Knock CRM? High turnover among onsite teams has been a barrier to success in maintaining consistent and effective lead management. The KNOCK platform is incredibly intuitive; new hires can jump right in with minimum lag time. What do you like best about Knock CRM? Knock shows you the entire workflow. You see the inception of the lead, who received it, who worked it, and who didn't work it. You can identify what ways of communication have been used and not used. It gives you those granular details you need to more effectively and efficiently pinpoint areas of interest. What do you like best about Knock CRM? There are plenty of helpful software solutions we use throughout our day. Understandably, almost all of those solutions have issues or need improvement at some point but getting a quick and simple answer from most software providers is hard to come by.
