"Easy to use and great service."

What do you like best about Knock CRM? Knock makes it easy to manage leads from multiple sources. Tracking, follow up, analytics are all easy to understand. What do you dislike about Knock CRM? I wish there was the ability to override certain information as it pulls from our resident system. For example, a unit under renovation that shows as available and cannot be "turned off." What do you like best about Knock CRM? The follow up reminders make keeping track of prospect communication easy. What do you dislike about Knock CRM? Follow up is not automatically scheduled. "Love Knock"

What do you like best about Knock CRM? The best part about Knock is how user-friendly it is. It is super simple to use, and you can easily follow up with leads, contact prospects, and track leasing activity. What do you dislike about Knock CRM? "I really like the functions that Knock Provides, they seem to always add more to their tools."

What do you like best about Knock CRM? I like that it keeps up with our follow-ups and has an easy-to-use calendar for scheduling tours. What do you dislike about Knock CRM? I do not believe that I can think of any problems, it is very easy to use. What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Staying on task, keeping up with appointments, and keeping up with follow-ups.

"Love KNOCK, Love new CRM Systems - Innovation is where we need to be!"

What do you like best about Knock CRM? I like knock, because of it's ease of use, look, and concentration of information. It is integrated with our leasing system and is very easy for me to train my new leasing agents on. What do you like best about Knock CRM? Easy to navigate, I like that it associates with Yardi What do you dislike about Knock CRM? "Knock is easy to use, really helpful when scheduling appointments"

What do you like best about Knock CRM? Scheduling appointments, its really easy to use and lets you choose when you can and can not What do you dislike about Knock CRM? I don't dislike anything from knock; I recommend it. What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? When they call, it lets us know when or how they reached us. Having our calls recorded has benefited me a lot when it comes to residents.
