Best solution for displaying real-time metrics to non-technical users

What do you like best? Great implementation from a developers perspective. Easy to add custom data sources, even ones you wouldn't normally think of to add directly into a reporting system. No need for a middle SQL-based database just to get your statistics into your reporting system. What do you dislike? Editor is clumsy and the overall performance is lacking. What do you like best? Good clear visualisations and good solid formula process What do you dislike? Occasional confusion whilst creating the code behind the visualisations Recommendations to others considering the product A good fully featured tool. Readily accessible for all levels of technical expertise. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? We (cervinoboard.com are heavy users of Klipfolio and have connected many parts of our software (datacollection Engine to Klipfolio and we are fully using the Klipfolio API.
