Its so easy to use

What do you like best? Integration is easy; Klaviyo just integrates with Shopify and other apps without any problems or issues. The email templates are easy to use, look great and are converting well for us. Open rates are better than our previous platform. What do you dislike? You can't embed video in emails, only GIFs which click through to the video. Not sure whether this impacts on open rates and conversions; we can't AB test because we can't use video! Superior Product and continues to get better!

What do you like best? Intuitive design leads you through create email automated flows in a fun and simple way! I love seeing so much information about customer behavior in their profile. Klaviyo continues to release new features and i'm really excited to use the best-deliverability-predictor tool. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is very flexible and does everything we need it to do. There is no question that the features set you will require will be part of it. What do you dislike? Not much to be honest. The only thing is that they don't work on your Shopify store directly but they will always guide you on how things need to be done. Hands down the best marketing tool your online business will use.

What do you like best? I love the automation that Klayvio offers. Our automatic flows make us money without us having to do anything at all. If we didn't even send a single email blast, the flows alone pay for its self. I also love the ease of setting up audiences for campaigns. What do you dislike? Fantastic service with great support

What do you like best? Integrates easily with our online and into POS. The user interface is straightforward and easy to use. What do you dislike? Nothing. But I hope it ads SMS services. Recommendations to others considering the product: Klaviyo is great. Just get it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More dynamic emails and better-controlled flows. We have noticed an increase in email revenue.

Klaviyo? YES, Absolutely!

What do you like best? How easy it is to customize email templates to match my brand. No coding necessary so I can jump right in and start customizing campaigns and keep a good workflow.
