They deleted my entire VR Tour with no notice!

I used Klapty to make a VR Tour almost two yeas ago for a client (2022). Just recently my client calls asking what happened to the tour - they can no longer access it. What I discovered (via the Klapty web chat) was that my tour was DELETED WITHOUT ANY WARNING WHATSOEVER because I had not upgraded to a paid subscription. I'm fine paying for a subscription if I have to. But for Klapty to not only deactivate, but completely delete the tour that I paid a 3rd party to build for me was one step ...
