We love the ability to track time and invoice clients with automations set up for different types of clients with email templates based on hourly/lump sum projects (used to use Excel). What do you like best about Kizen? We are able to customize and adjust the system, forms, displays, and more to fit our business needs. As the company grows, we can tweak Kizen to be what we need, instead of fitting ourselves into what the product offers. Also, the sucker service is spectacular. What do you like best about Kizen? Kizen provides fully customizable automation, flexibility, user data, and process for our member journey and sales pipeline. It's automations are super helpful for tracking lead status and requesting updates from my team. I really enjoy using the email and form builders as well. Customer service is amazing as well.
