What do you like best about Kissmetrics? Kissmetrics is easier to use than Google Analytics if you are trying to create funnel metrics. We were able to quickly assign URL's to specific funnels to test out the conversions

"Indispensable for Larger Organizations"

What do you like best about Kissmetrics? If you're selling three or four items a month, Kissmetrics may not be for you. However, if you are the owner of a midsized business (wth a solid IT department!) this is an excellent solution that should cover most of your needs. All of that aside, I like Kissmetric's personal touch. You're seeing people doing things, not just numbers (as opposed to Google analytics).

PROS: I've worked with many analytic packages, but this one is honestly the easiest and most reliable so far. Funnel optimization is understandable and straightforward, which takes you as close as possible to succesful customer engagement and more conversions. Both custom URLs and custom rules can be tracked effortlessly, I really like that.
