User support of Kindful is reliable and great
PROS: The user support service of Kindful is wonderful. They are patient enough in helping me solve some problems, which is great since I’m not a tech savvy person. That’s why I really appreciate how they keep their customer support on great quality, and that they conveniently include it in the package that I pay.

Simple, accessible and perfect NGO platform
PROS: Kindful support service is helping us from the beginning. They’ve guided us in integrating other tools into the user interface, as well as for making the dashboard focus on displaying essential data that we need. CONS: We are having some difficulties preparing donation receipts, and soft credits of donors don’t reflect on their user panel. The plugins don’t show when Chrome is on incognito as well.

"Great system"
What do you like best? I have used a few donor management systems and find Kindful to be the most user friendly. It also has great (and simple) reporting options. Customer support is also helpful and attentive

What do you like best? Kindful is a great platform that makes donor management easy. We use it for everything with our nonprofit. It tracks trends well and gives a full history of giving. "Kindful has proved to be a friendly user, easily to create modified reports and secured"
What do you like best? The care the customer assistant shows when I send an email with my requirements asking for help, they are quick in responding and handling the issues and make sure to get your feedback if you managed to solve it or not! they always improving and developing to match all the criteria customers look for.

"Smooth Sales and Transition Process"
What do you like best? We are a new customer and have been very pleased with the Salesperson we worked with. We had some unique requests in terms of speaking with current customers of Kindful that we wanted to ask some very specific questions. Our Salesperson made all the necessary arrangements for us to speak with the current clients.

The tool hasn’t caused us any problem
PROS: We have received a professional assistance with the integration team throughout the process. We are having great user experience on the smooth admin panel too. CONS: The filters are quite confusing to use. Thankfully, the support team helps us sort things out for better usage.
