"Best customer service around"

What do you like best about Kindful? Kindful has the best customer service I've ever encountered. Their articles, videos, and support search engine are top rate. Also, you can chat or email with a person and they are AMAZING - super knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. They give tangentially related information as well (as opposed to just answering your question and being done with it).

What do you like best about Kindful? Kindful's dashboard is excellent, and I particularly like the search bar at the top that allows for easy access to donor records.

What do you like best about Kindful? Everything is on the main page and easy to find. The Thank You letters to our donors and the ability to customize. Donor management. Have not done a comparison

What do you like best about Kindful? I like the intuitive dashboard that gives you valuable information. Also, the easy way it can interact with other platforms like MailChimp or Constant contact. Setting up an event with multiple types of tickets was also easy.

What do you like best about Kindful? I love the way it can sync with other apps to decrease the amount of time we need to spend entering data. we use Webconnex and constant contact almost daily. It's a big step up from our old database (Abila)

What do you like best about Kindful? Kindful is quick and easy for donors to give and receive validation that the gift is safely sent to the fund they desire in which to contribute. I easily log new transactions every month and their knowledgeable staff can answer any questions I may have within the same business day.

What do you like best about Kindful? Kindful is amazing for accepting and tracking gifts, getting basic data analytics, and engaging potential donors. It's open API allows us to integrate everything - including custom software so that all of our volunteers, donors, and event attendees are in the same place. "Decent choice for a smaller non-profit"

What do you like best about Kindful? Fairly user friendly, prompt customer service, good for tracking transactions and past activities. The outward facing donor interface is easy and streamlined. The ability to integrate with other systems/tools is great.

What do you like best about Kindful? Kindful has a systematic way of onboarding teams onto their platform. The platform is intuitive and allows users to create custom views that best suit their needs. The dashboard is very well done, with high-level snapshots of where you stand in the month, and provides a comparison to previous years' performance.
