they mislead readers / customers by not telling the truth or old information. They publish wrong information in their comparison, probably to promote their Affiliates and earn affiliate money.

getting ripped off

I placed a order on 9/29/23 for a lp tank and used there tracking site, according to tracking site the tank is in and delivered to plainville ct, I live minnesota, tryed to contact them by phone , no answer sent a message on there web site, no answer. so I got ripped off. beware of this company..FYI the company I bought the tank from is called Kindeful not Kindful. Not sure this review got posted for the correct company

Would not correct our database integration …

Would not correct our integration for our database. Their explanation of the process was poor, I reached out because I didn't understand and received a basic, read it again response, I downloaded my database to the best of my understanding, needless to say it was wrong, I couldn't run correct reports, I spent a lot of time with one of the techs trying to fix it, after a month, they had "Fixed it" and when I went in, it was still very wrong. I reached out again and told them my only solution ...

"Simple and intuitive to use with complexity and tools for growth"

What do you like best about Kindful? Customer service! One of the biggest reasons we switched- I can always talk to a real person within a day or so, and get custom responses and solutions. I also love the simplicity and "clean" (uncluttered, not clunky) design- it's intuitive and fairly easy to follow. Oh, and tax documents in January are SO easy to send out!

What do you like best about Kindful? CRA receipt feature. Data export capabilities. Several filter options. Built in Event Registration. Lot of 3rd part integration. Excellent email support.

What do you like best about Kindful? I love that it is so simple to access help when needed. Kindful makes it easy to see our giving and to know when a transaction fails. It is helpful to know so quickly when one fails so the problem can be fixed quickly.
