Ideal application for service businesses

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that Kickserv is so easy to use. It is simple to create invoices, estimates, and customers. I can schedule jobs, employee time off and other calendar events easily. The estimate approval process is a big benefit as is the QuickBooks integration. A really great tool that deserves 5 stars!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I was able to take this tool on a test-drive for as long as 15 days. We decided to subscribe to it because it offers a reliable platform to which we can manage our business (especially when it comes to sending out invoices) as well as our customers. Best field service management app in the market

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I appreciate the excellent customer support they provide. The vendor listens keenly to customer feedback and constantly adds new features to improve the system. The app is very reliable as there is negligible downtime. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that our customers can communicate with us easily using the app. I own a small company and use Kickserv to store customer info and schedule appointment for service or estimate. Email is an important part of my work. After I schedule an appointment, the system notifies the customer 24 hours before the appointment.
