Before Kickserv we were using paper notes and invoices and scheduling using our head and where we could remember we said we'd go. Now with Kickserv we have opened up a clear, concise, and easy to use communication channel between us and our customers. It has everything our small business needs to operate efficiently, and our customers love it too! We get so many compliments from our notifications when our tech is en route to our overall invoice.
