What do you like best about Khoros Social Media Management? Easy to use, organized way to see engagement. Makes me feel very connected! What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management? Sometimes lags a bit and the over page speed experience can improve. What problems is Khoros Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to track the engagement and allows me to understand on what areas to improve on for the campaigns

"Global Tool that works fine"
What do you like best about Khoros Social Media Management? "I would not reccomend Khoros."
What do you like best about Khoros Social Media Management? I enjoyed the calendar feature. You can see drafts and scheduled posts. What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management? The system is not intuative. You can only specific action items in one way. It takes too much time to learn the outdated system. What problems is Khoros Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you? It solved the basic need to have a social media presence for our company.

"Khoros as a publishing and monitoring tool"
What do you like best about Khoros Social Media Management? By connecting all our social media accounts we are able to plan easily and in advance our publications and be sure to monitore all comments that are related to our brand. What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management? Khoros Marketing doesn't include TikTok for the Inbox part. Which means community managers have to check comments natively. What do you like best about Khoros Social Media Management? Bring all your channels and properties in to one manageable and trackable consolidated view. What do you dislike about Khoros Social Media Management? Lack of TikTok integration isn't optimal. What problems is Khoros Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you? We can manage user moderation with the ability to annotate, take bulk actions and track specific users as heroes and problem users.
