PROS: Intuitive, customizable, user-friendly and flexible software. It allows us to see the whole image of all current projects, provides us with multiple customer reports. It is useful tool, helps you to manage all your tasks and time, allows you to include resource planning, time, expenses and finance. CONS: Their system can be sometimes complicated depending on the set you want to achieve. You can face some issues when you want to clone projects if you forget to tick-un tick certain ...

Great tool for managing your business.

PROS: With user logins and profiles we can easily break out groups based on permission, also the report features gives us detailed analytics and insights based on provided data and project details. CONS: This system requires lot of configuration in order to run properly. You need to know how to run this software successfully, otherwise small errors will make troubles and are difficult to diagnose or fix without calling their support team.

I love the integrations with Salesforce and Intacct

PROS: What I need for my business is integration with our CRM and accounting system, thankfully, Keyedin and its integration with Salesforce and Intacct met our business needs. With only one point we can entry information and the other systems will be automatically updated. Projects set up in SalesForce are automatically transferred to Keyedln. When we enter time in Keyedln it’s automatically transferred to Intacct for Billing and Project Profitability. CONS: They need to solve the issue ...

What do you like best about KeyedIn? We’ve been able to adapt KeyedIn to our business model, so the flexibility has been helpful. The support model is fantastic, and the account team is always available to help. THe learning curve was not bad, and there is a lot of functionality to help manage projects and portfolios. "Reduces products and increases usability in your business."

What do you like best about KeyedIn? The software was easy for our PMO and our developers to buy in, because the product helped to reduce standups and planning meetings while still providing the necessary updates to our managers and PMs in order to satisfy all parties. Project assignments are easily allocated and project management is a great saver of time in near real-time. What do you dislike about KeyedIn? I have no reservations about the website.
