Customer care is phenomenal
I just started using Kennected, and I had a few questions. The customer support has been phenomenal and goes the extra mile to help me make sure that using their platform results in my success (and thus theirs). Today I had a video call with a Chloe about how to set up a messaging sequence with people I had already connected to. She shows me that, a few short cuts, AND helped me edit my messaging sequences to sound more genuine and get better results.
