Nothing but friendliness and knowledgeable customer service.

What do you like best? After having horrible service from our last provider, it was like a breath of fresh air with the service and assistance we have gotten from KeepTruckin. It doesn't matter if it is office personnel or a driver that calls the customer service, they are always knowledgeable and make sure the problem is solved. Salesman Con artists

What do you like best? The system overall seemed to work OK. Was nice to be able to edit when necessary due to driver error or system failure. What do you dislike? Well where to start. I was told that when I purchased the system that I had to pay for the full year upfront for each unit and that if someone was to quit or get fired that I could get a credit towards the other trucks. Easy for drivers and management

What do you like best? Drivers can report their hours in an easy to use system, and be in compliance with no worries. What do you dislike? In a large fleet specially, it should be a way to identify or warn management, who is not connected to their internet while they (the drivers are already working and driving. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None so far.
