I like these guys a lot
I like these guys a lot! They have 24/7 service which is EXTREMELY helpful for my guys who are on the road. The only reason why they aren't 5 stars is their team isn't always knowledgeable on DOT compliance. Their app is designed to be DOT compliant so when asked a question they are somewhat knowledgeable but they are mostly answering in terms of what their app does not what the laws are. Also, they don't have a adverse weather conditon button yet.

Why should a driver need to log an…
Why should a driver need to log an Inspection in two places? why doesn't one up date the other? In my experience this is a set up for errors and omissions. Camera for documents turns the page 90 degrees after you snap the photo, very annoying and difficult to get it to respond correctly

You have people in positions in a Foreign country telling American truck drivers/owner operators Telling them rules and regulations in the area operators been driving for years. And your app sucks an honestly if your not a resident of this country you should not even be doing this job.

They do not follow up or resolve issues…
They do not follow up or resolve issues when you report problems with the equipment. I have an error message and the technician didn’t even know what the code meant! I had to look it up online... Still waiting for a response! It’s been a month!

Keep Trucking making steady improvements
What do you like best? They are developing a more user friendly website. They listen to what you would like to improve. You can group multiple unidentified truck movements by truck or location and add notes all at once. Time Saver! What do you dislike? Sometimes the website runs really slow and you have to refresh and re-enter your information. When uploading dashcam video's there is a long wait until they are available to view. The video's uploaded as a result of a hard brake or ...
