When running in Canada
When running in Canada, where off duty periods of 30 minutes or greater can count toward your 10 hrs off, there is a need to monitor how much of this has accumulated and only claim that amount; the Keep trucking assessment of when your shift time is up includes ALL off duty time (up to a maximum of 2 hours), not just what qualifies to extend your shift time. It will not show a violation of this nature when, in fact, one has occurred.

Had an issue month or so ago when the app somehow was sucking all my data. Used 10 GB in just a few days. Took some time for your IT department to figure out the problem. Because I have a limited data plan, the excess usage forced me to buy an additional $65.00 worth of data. Your company never responded to my questions about covering the additional cost, and when my employer asked, you didn’t respond then either. The program works well otherwise.
