No flexibility to eliminate ELD's
There is absolutely no flexibility to eliminate ELD's from the account if a unit is sold or decommissioned.This causes to pay for services that are not being rendered which is not right.All this on top of your 2 year contract makes KT less desirable for small fleets with very variable financial conditions.

The 1st account rep I had knew what he was talking about after that things have went downhill.The app works great but the lower lever account support is still way below what customer service should be. Slow response time!! If the app wasn’t easy to use and depending we would drop KeepTruckin like a bad habit.
