"Keeping, positive experience"
What do you like best about Keeping? Cleanly integrated right into GMail, reliable and robust. What do you dislike about Keeping? Expensive for small volume email, but I understand entry level option coming soon. What problems is Keeping solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy tracking of support emails.
