There are over 800 CRM choices for a business. I have been with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) for 6 years as a customer and for 3 years as a Certified Partner with them. I won't claim to be unbiased because I like the product and especially the customer service. A CRM is worthless if you can't learn how to use it. I had a great conversation with Lincoln…

I had a great conversation with Lincoln this morning. I was in a hurry to get a landing page completed for a call in 30 minutes and in less than 20 minutes he was able to fix my issues and help me get it launched. He really went above and beyond to help me in a very kind professional way.

Account Access

We recently had a change in personnel and was unable to access our account. I reached out to Keap for assistance and spoke with Mark. We were able to find our account. I wasn't able to change the password at that time to access the account so, Mark created a recording with screenshots to show me how to proceed when I finally do get in. He went above and beyond and I am grateful that he was able to assist.

Mark was really on top of my concern…

Mark was really on top of my concern and led me through how to fix it. I always have a good experience with support when I call. If the person that I reach doesn't know the answer they always go to somseone that does to make sure my question or challenge is solved. Thanks Mark and Infusionsoft for the continued great support.

Customer Loyalty and Appreciation

First, I was extended forgiveness for payment for a couple of month as a result of Covid-19..Secondly,I was assigned a customer satisfaction coach to help me select a campaign to help with bringing in more leads and income.Thirdly, customers support help me get unstuck while building and publishing the campaign.In conclusion, Keap has been great and have shown me their commitment to helping it's customers. Infusionsoft has GREAT support!

Infusionsoft has GREAT support! They know the product; they're very helpful; and they're available--either by phone or by chat--24 hours a day.Also, I'm finding that many other apps integrate with them, apps including sales funnels, membership systems, and miscellaneous software tools.My one nit is that their user interface can sometimes make it difficult to find features that you KNOW are somewhere in the product.

Keap's total package of features are great for the price!

I had been looking at Keap for a long time and I really couldn't justify the monthly price. I'm part of a business group that brought a Keap representative in for a presentation to share the inner workings of this program. I was BLOWN away!!
