Affordable plus easy to setup and easy to use
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Full-featured straight out of the box. We could support customers and prospects across email, social and live chat without any elaborate setup or 3rd party integrations What aspects are problematic or could work better? We purchased Kayako Classic
We purchased Kayako Classic, and they are now forcing us to move to one of their subscription packages. Their new software is useless and is not worth a cent. Full of bugs. For some years now, they did not care for their commitment to Kayako Classic customers who paid a lot of money to purchase a perpetual license. Kayako is not a company to rely on at all, and they are not ethic.

A scaled down version of Zendesk and Freshdesk that catches up only, but can be better
What do you like best? Kayako offers simple ticket handling features and is basically a support portal that one can use fast and free as cloud solution for a small team or company - it is also comparatively priced to the competition and can offer some really basic needed features. Years ago I purchased a kayako software…
Years ago I purchased a kayako software . Wasted a lot of time configuring it . As a matter of fact wasted years and at last they stopped providing the service they promised . The software is useless now.
