What do you like best about Katana Cloud Inventory? I like the ease of use. Setting up the system was very simple, they have a great knowledge center that will answer any questions you may have. The program integrates quite seamlessly with shopify. What do you dislike about Katana Cloud Inventory? I would like more advanced reporting to be worked into the software. Most of the pages export as a simple CSV and require the user to do the heavy lifting to extract meaningful data and reports. ...

What do you like best about Katana Cloud Inventory? Easy to follow workflows; great and simple USer interface. Flexible approach to building products, variants and BOMs. API allows for more flexibility and integrations. What do you dislike about Katana Cloud Inventory? No printing link as yet. By far, the most beneficial of all of Katana's features is its integration and connectivity capabilities. What do you like best about Katana Cloud Inventory? I like that Katana is simple. There aren't so many functions that you can get lost or confused when putting together your inventory, products, recipes, etc. What do you dislike about Katana Cloud Inventory? I wish there was a more robust CRM piece. I want to have phone numbers and addresses available on my invoices and POs, as well as the ability to attach multiple contacts to a single customer or vendor account. Recommendations to others ...

Very easy to integrate into your business

PROS: Their customer support is superb. Every inquiry is resolved immediately. It also has a very user-friendly interface, making it easy to understand and navigate. CONS: I hope there could be a dashboard overview just so we can see all aspects in detail.

PROS: It allows greater organization of inventory. It also made our production management more efficient as there is not much paperwork to deal with anymore. A good tool to use for small businesses

PROS: If you need advanced inventory control, this is the perfect choice for your small business. CONS: If mobile access is integrated, it will be 100 times better.

Ease of use and easy integration

PROS: The interface is simple and self-explanatory. From the on-set, you can already see the main categories: sell, make, buy, stock, items, contacts, and settings. You can also keep track of the status of your order as it is color-coded. Assigning tasks to other co-workers is also smoother as you can see which tasks are assigned to whom. CONS: The price is quite high, especially for small companies. I hope they can offer a lower rate for us.

Small and Medium companies should try this

PROS: Katana MRP has everything you need. You can really plan your company flows from tracking raw materials to keeping inventories of your products. It is also very easy to use so you won't have any problems. CONS: We would love it if there is a log record, so we can distinguish which user made any changes in our inventory.
