I use Karma on a regular basis for a client.
What do you like best? What I like best about KarmaCRM is that I can remotely edit my clients CRM data base from my own home very easily. I also like the ease of adding CSV contacts and information. When I integrated my clients Excel data base it was easy as anything can get. Their Email support is the best as well.
