"Tebra has cost my company"

What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? I loved Kareo. Our whole practice did. It was easy to use, the staff was helpful and we had very little problems-until Tebra took over. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? Tebra took over Kareo and Patient Pop around May of 2023. This merger has been a absolute nightmare!!!! The app needs needs improvements to improve remote capabilities. What problems is Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop) solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes it easier to run my practice.

What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? The efficiency of the system, easy to use, can definitely adjust to your liking and so many reports i can get from the company. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? Sometimes it takes long to fix certain issues. What problems is Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop) solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving the ease of the calendar view, patient demographics and more modernized view all around.

What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? A very robust system. Good value for the price. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? Customer service is a bit slower with the growth, which is understandable. What problems is Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop) solving and how is that benefiting you? Kareo allows me to have all needed functions in one platform, even Telehealth.

"Software that has the best features to assist in so many departments, it has it all!"

"Kareo provide me with a more convenient way to process payments for the patients."

What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? The ability to calculate the payments & organization. The training videos allowed me to have a better understanding on how to work the software when it was time to utilize it for the patients. "Great EHR system"

What do you like best about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? I like how Kareo makes it easy to navigate their EHR. What do you dislike about Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop)? The downsides are that you have to log out in order to change practices. What problems is Tebra (previously Kareo + PatientPop) solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps all our patients records in one EHR.
