What do you like best about Karbon? Karbon helps keep all the client information in one place and enhances collaboration. One of the best things is emails can be be attched at a customer and work level across the firm, so no matter who emails the client, we all can see it because we have set up email sharing. "Karbon has made our work so much easier"
What do you like best about Karbon? I love that Karbon allows us to request info directly from the client and send tasks to them automatically. The workflows are easy to use. I love using the templates feature so we don't have to reinvent the wheel everytime a task comes along. It allows us to have repeatable consistent workflows that take the mental load off of our staff.

What do you like best about Karbon? I have used Karbon for more than 3 years. The mail integration that allows emails to be associated with specific clients or projects is simply invaluable. Although I do prepare tax returns, I do a significant amount of consulting work for small business owners. "Fantastic Practice Management Software"
What do you like best about Karbon? The ability to work on your email and communicate with your clients within the software. No need for a separate email system. You are also able to create work items from those emails. They are able to be assigned to existing work items to help keep track of them. Also, their support team is constantly using feedback from their client community to add/correct functionality!

What do you like best about Karbon? The upside of using Karbon would be that I can eliminate the need to use multiple platforms to get tasks done. Although we have chat software that we can use as a team, I love that I can mention someone in my work and have everything in one place.

"A great task management system"
What do you like best about Karbon? What I like about Karbon is the ability to manage tasks via a to-do list which gives us a capability to do task assignments to ourselves or to colleagues, set deadlines for these tasks, and manage emails through a thing called "triage." I always call it the "inbox of tomorrow."

"Amazing Practice Management and Workflow Automation"
What do you like best about Karbon? This is truly an amazing app that allows our team to collaborate with each other while giving management all the tools needed to manage the team, capacity and growth of the business. The automators are great to those engagements that are predicated on other team member's work. "No work falling through the cracks!"
What do you like best about Karbon? I love having the clarity of seeing all the work my team needs to complete, followed by when they need to complete it. I also like to be able to add work-on the fly to minimize dropping the ball. All of our communication is tagged to the client/lead including sales conversations so that anytime we get a phone call, any team member can step in to provide support.

What do you like best about Karbon? The triage feature for emails and team communications is a massive time saver. Templates for work flows, and the ability to assign, view, review and action items with simple views and filters allows us to easily have a complete picture of where our workflows, outstanding actions and capacity scheduling for resource planning.
