What do you like best about Kapture CX? Customizable and Good UI. This looks very good when it comes to use. What do you dislike about Kapture CX? They Dont have Apple store. This looks bad when it covers all and Kapture should provide the Apple store Api also. What do you like best about Kapture CX? Of course, the software fit suitable for our mail and inbound process, that's why we started with their services in the first place. With time we realized that their support system is their backbone which is to tackle all your queries in a definite time. What do you dislike about Kapture CX? What do you like best about Kapture CX? The nicest part is that we can easily make a call when the customer number is available on Kapture. What do you dislike about Kapture CX? When disposing of the ticket and merging the ticket, it hangs the most. What problems is Kapture CX solving and how is that benefiting you? We can check the history, notes, and past tickets on this, and these all help us a lot to get the customer's information.
