"Huge Improvement from Previous System"

What do you like best? Being able to access payment and onboarding in on place! What do you dislike? Had some initial issues with connecting to payment, but they've been resolved! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paying our Community Reps, onboarding them to our system. The main benefit is being able to keep all of our important info in one place

"Such a great resource!"

What do you like best? It's been great having all of our contractors in one, easy to use interface. Being able to onboard and track tasks in one place has been huge! What do you dislike? I would like to see some integration with other programs like asana, slack, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to track our projects, budgets, and deadlines with all of our contractors.

What do you like best? Flexibility of on boarding and payment types (fixed, hourly, etc) What do you dislike? Which invoices could easily be grouped into a single weekly payment What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? simple payment solution for contractors. Easy to break up parts of a product and assign to different contrators.

"Recommend with qualifications "

What do you like best? The very legible and spacious profiles help when I am trying to identify the right contractor. What do you dislike? Onboarding new users is a pain; there are too many steps involved in writing reviews of each contractor. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a user-friendly database with room to grow. Kalo has made searching our stable of contractors much more efficient.

"Nice UI, not very flexible"

What do you like best? The organization of contractors is nice and a good UI. What do you dislike? There isn't much flexibility, if you don't organize and pay your contractors like Kalo has it set up, you can't do much about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payment of contractors in one place. It is easy to navigate and understand.

"Hugely problematic glitching in profile creation AND support page."

What do you like best? Looks pretty. I was excited to use it before it totally glitched out. What do you dislike? Functionally useless! Software is hugely problematic to the point that I was unable to complete the profile creation process, and the support page provided on the website crashed my browsers. I mean ALL of my browsers. I tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None! Product unusable!

"Great but still some kinks to iron out"

What do you like best? I like that Kalo makes it easy for me to onboard freelancers and track my budgets for my projects. Overall I'm very happy with the service. What do you dislike? Sometimes my freelancers have had issues onboarding or getting paid in the system and it ends up being a bit of a headache on both sides.
