"Perform is easy to use from an administration perspective and for the end user."
What do you like best about Kallidus Perform? Admin users can easily create review templates and push reviews out to all employees based on job roles. End users are able to easily add and amend objectives. What do you dislike about Kallidus Perform? When we first moved to Perform it was not connected to the other LMS system Learn. "User friendly with great account management"
What do you like best about Kallidus Perform? It's intuitive to use. The forms were easy to build. I can pull good data from it. What do you dislike about Kallidus Perform? Would like to be able to see team objectives at a group level rather than everyone manager havjng to input the same team objective. What problems is Kallidus Perform solving and how is that benefiting you? Driving setting of goals and regular conversations with line managers
