What do you like best about Kaleyra? I liked the user interface of the application. Application is very easy to use and prices are affordable. "Good price, not-so-good delivery effectiveness"

What do you like best about Kaleyra? Used it in early phases when the number of users was less. The decision was based on pricing primarily - relatively cheap compared to prominent brand-name alternatives. Also, the Account Management team was proactive (we had a dedicated Manager) when it came to assisting in delivery issues, and payments, What do you dislike about Kaleyra?
