What do you like best about Kaleyra? Ease of set up, simple UI, decent customer support, reasonable pricing and a good tech infrastructure What do you dislike about Kaleyra? Certain features like email campaigns, 2-way WhatsApp messaging are unavailable, and tech support takes time to fix issues. What problems is Kaleyra solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us communicate with our customers via SMS, Voice Calls, IVR Campaigns and Whatsapp.
