I appreciate that it can be difficult to field support requests for a product that is continuously under development because your customers are always asking for more! I really appreciate when customer service understands what I'm getting at, is willing to brainstorm about currently available solutions, explain why it is how it is, and take my requests and pass them on to the development decision makers. It's been amazing to see the platform develop over the last 1.5 years.

I am new to Kajabi and so far I have…
I am new to Kajabi and so far I have found the customer service to be excellent. I even have an Account Manager (who is lovely) with whom I can connect with and ask any questions I might have. This direct communication makes me feel supported. It's like we're a team. I am not a techy person, so I am finding this support wonderful. I'm looking forward to my journey with Kajabi.

My entire business runs on Kajabi. Flawlessly. This platform allowed me to start an infobusiness company from scratch and it never failed me.There is still room for improvement, nothing is perfect, but Kajabi is by far the best choice out there, no doubt.Nothing short of excellent.

It's ALMOST 5 stars..
It's ALMOST 5 stars... as an "all-in-one" platform, they have a lot farther to go in terms of ease, excellence, making it user friendly for course creator AND user. But as a course delivery system, it's pretty great. My only complaint is that their Drip option isn't more customizable. I'm waiting for them to remedy that!

Two stars because of price
Two stars because of price, and constantly changing and outdated programs. I also hate that if I pause my account now that my website is no longer accessible. I haven’t hosted a course on Kajabi in 2 years, and I used to be able to pause and still have a website for $25 (typical price). Now I can’t do that and have to pay $130+, and am in the process of finding another place to host my website.
