All our new sites use Kajabi. That says it all.
Compared to other systems we use, Kajabi deserves a 5. However, there are missing features we need and have to workaround. Thus, the 4. Bottom line, Kajabi is easy to use and has helped us make a lot of money. All our new sites use Kajabi.

Great support from Kajabi
I am just starting with Kajabi and had a pleasant and unexpected surprise -- my onboarding call with my Customer Support Person. Expecting the call to be a quick chance to answer some early questions, I was instead told by the CSP that she would be with me as a resource going forward, amazing support and further reason why I have been pleased with my decision to use Kajabi as the platform for my membership.

Kajabi newbie onboarding call
I’m so grateful for the zoom call with Sean at Kajabi. He was pleasant, not in a hurry and eager and able to answer my questions. In this day and age, it was a pleasant surprise to get dedicated time with a person.Great first impression Sean and Kajabi!

Easy Site To Use w/ Great Support From Reps
The site itself is very easy to manage and the customer success reps, specifically my rep Alyssa, has been instrumental in helping me go from version 1 to version 2 of my program. Her overall friendly & positive attitude and dept of knowledge of the Kajabi platform and all its great features is truly extraordinary. I would strongly recommend Kajabi to any entrepreneur.

Absolutely AMAZING Site and Service!
I'm not sure what the word "Kajabi" means but I suggest "Freakin' Amazing!". I have several friends who moved to Kajabi and after giving it a very short test, I was hooked. One of the many (and there are many) features that make it "Kajabi" (see above) is customer support. WOW! That alone should make you try Kajabi!

Great Onboarding Help
Great Onboarding Help. There's no need to feel like you are going it alone in Kajabi. The 28 challenge walks you through getting your site up and going and a customer service rep set up an onboarding call to check in on me. I was able to ask a lot of questions and talk in real time with someone who walked me through the answers. Even better, this resource is available when I need more help. This is a HUGE benefit to using Kajabi and I plan to make good use of the resources they offer.
