Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Purchased basic software, crashed my computer. Half a refund. I spend one day using it and 2 days trying to fix my computer and PPT. My company's IT dept couldn't figure out how to fix....yet. Be careful. There is no return policy and no help readily availble.

Disappointed with Kahoot-Zoom Integration
Really disappointed that with all the time that Kahoot had to ensure that its integration with Zoom and other video conferencing faculties was integrated for Windows has not been done. You can only benefit from the integration that avoids participants using two screen if you are using a MAC desktop! I just cancelled my subscription for that reason and I am now looking for alternatives to Kahoot which is a real shame because my company really enjoy the bright coloured and fun platform! Get ...

Do not sign up for the free trial! It is theft. AVOID!
It is the first day of a free trial and I have been charged 849.60 pounds for a service I have yet to use. I cancelled immediately when I realised I could not use the service to make one quiz for my friend to test. I would like a full refund (I have asked for one but have had no response).I have sent multiple requests about this to the customer service department and contacted my bank to stop the transaction from going through to this company. Automatically renews one year subscription with no refund
Automatically billed me for a one-year subscription. I thought I had till the end of today to cancel and I guess not. The website says "no refunds."

Renews subscriptions without…
Renews subscriptions without notification, and forces you to sign up for the full year plan if you want the trial!! Very bad practices, do not recommend.

In addition to a few teething issues…
In addition to a few teething issues with the website cutting out and syncing issues, I have subsequently found out that they provide no notice prior to renewal of a subscription after a trial period. In fact the only notification i received was an email confirming payment had been taken!They then refer you to a strict no refunds policy.

My experience has been terribly…
My experience has been terribly disappointing. I was looking forward to using Kahoot as many of the students I work with enjoy it through their schools. However, the various plans (business versus school and the various levels) are unclear. I ended up just spending over $200 for a product that will be of no use to me. To add to the disappointment, when I try to find customer service support, I was sent a generic email that didn't address my questions.
