Kahoot could not explain how the free trial already cancelled/opted out the very next day still exists in your system but they will rather provide all the explanation on how the amount was charged on credit card.As a User, such responses give a feeling of helplessness that even the senior staff members at Kahoot are unable to understand the Customer nor the addressable Issue. Automatic Renewal steals your money with no warning.
I did not know that Kahoot was on automatic billing and they just took $108.00 out of my bank account to pay for a new year and did not email me ahead of time to inform me of the automatic subscription renewal. Avoid Kahoot. It's dangerous.

very difficult to cancel subscription
whenever a I signed in it never showed me an option to change billing and I have searched and searched and do not see a way to cancel. Im sure I did months ago and I thought it worked since I saw no options later to cancel. Im having a difficult time financially and would really appreciate my money back please.

A pleasant surprise…
I first wrote a negative review after my credit card was charged before I could cancel. That's because of the 7-day trial expiring at the time you sign up UTC, not local time. From all of the reviews and the Kahoot website's own stated "no refunds" policy, I was convinced that was $120 thrown away. What a pleasant surprise that they did respond to my message and did refund the charge. I guess with so many negative reviews about that issue, they've become more flexible and lenient with their ...

Great fun
Great fun, great support given.I used Kahoot! for an event, but had some trouble with my account.I was pleased to say that the support team were very attentive and my query was resolved quickly.Will definitely use again
