I have exactly the same experience: scam

I have exactly the same experience - billed for over 275 euro although I cancelled the subscription. Cannot get hold of any type of customer service.

Unethical billing

Unethical billing. I did not subscribe they subscribe automatically, no one singe ad or reminder, then they bill another full year took huge amonu of money. Tried to change my payment details did not allow, no phone or Hotline support no email. Hist a Form where they do not respond actually they deserve to be sued for ripping off clients worst platform ever from ethical point of view I want the money you steal back and allow me to Chang e my billing info

Terrible large quiz event experience! Ridiculous changes in questions

I hosted a very important quiz event for ~10,000 employees for work three days ago. I created separate self-paced challenge links to accommodate up to 2,000 people according to your customer support. I wish I had looked these reviews before I subscribed for the 7 day free trial. I was charged a year subscription of $468.00 during the 7 day free trial. I tried to contact them and ask for refund, but there is no phone contact,just through email that responds after 2 or 3 days. Later, they got in touch with me and said that there is no refund policy, but they would refund only $380.00. of the $468.00 (yearly plan) that was charged in my account or refund 50% of the amount to keep the ...

Billed anyways

I had a 7 day trial period and have only used it on the first day as it kept crashing and some of the attendants couldn't type their answer, I unsubscribed it the day after. Now I have been charged for €285 for a whole year, and I am not going to use this product. I have not received a reminder in my inbox, nor my spam filter. Unable to cancel subscription from website

They would give you a 7-day free trial and send you a reminder email about 36 hours before the activation of paid membership.HOWEVER, when I go to my account and try to cancel the subscription, the link to "Cancel Subscription" is defective and even when I have clicked on it numerous times, nothing happens. Beware of Auto Renewal without WARNING

Kahoot is a wonderful classroom tool, however, they do not send auto renewal reminders....So Beware! Also, the customer service seems to be nonexistent. Is there a call center? I am disappointed in their business practice of NOT sending a renewal notification for their service. In times like this you would think that a company would have the initiative to contact individuals before withdrawing money for services. What a disappointment!
