Got a full refund!
Accidentally forgot to cancel subscription after free trial, but still was able to get a full refund. Joanna from kahoot was very kind and understanding. I think some of the people in the reviews here didn’t reach out until months deep into their subscription, but if you catch it within a couple days after you’re charged you might have better luck. The game itself worked really well the one time I needed to use it!

THE FALL OF KAHOOT
Similar review here. I noticed about the $120 dollars payment just 5 minutes after the transaction. It's still in process but my bank is hands tied and I haven't got any reply from support. I'd like a refund but I'm not sure if I'll have it as many other people I see here. This is the fall of a great site for sure.

Similar to all the other posts, BE AWARE. I tried to host an event for my team. I couldn't even figure out how to do it. The free trial didn't even give me access to host a kahoot only to make one. So I had to upgrade to the another option in the tier, but there was extremely limited documentation on how to use the tool. Scam
Like many others, I wanted to do a fun quiz once and made use of the free trial. Well, it's become an expensive quiz. 275 euros for 1 quiz is quite a lot of money. Beware! It's a company that wants to make money off stupid people like me by selling them a year subscription.

Kahoot will not stop trying to scam me!
Kahoot is constantly trying to scam me everytime I try to host a session. It is getting out of hand, and it needs to stop. The website repeatedly asks if they can use my credit card information. It is a genuine, serious issue. Please fix this, Kahoot. Kahoot now owns every piece of furniture and object in my house. They rob me on a daily basis, and steal all of the money I have on my credit card. Please, stop.

Allows fraudulent accounts by not verifying email addresses
Someone signed up for a Kahoot account with my personal email. In this day and age, how can a company allow someone to sign up without verifying an email address. This is just unacceptable.

First day using it has been great!
I came here to rave about how awesome Kahoot is, but I’ve admittedly only started using it today! I was impressed with how quick and easy it was to get started. Also, how flexible it is in terms of being able to turn on and off different options. But, looking at these reviews I’ll be sure to check it out carefully before I commit to a subscription.

Unethical Billing Practices
Update: Response to response:I notice in the response you do not claim to have been in the right in any way, just that I waited to long to ask for my money back. So, since I took to long to notice that you charged me when you shouldn't have, I can't have a refund? I wonder what the statute of limitations is on theft? I'll be contacting my bank about this.
