What do you like best? The entire HR process is smooth and seamless. I do 1/10 of the work onboarding and maintaining employee files than before we switched to Justworks. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Everything. The functionality is user friendly for both Admins and Employees. Justworks is the BEST PEO

What do you like best? Web portal is easy to use, excellent customer service and on boarding process, AND benefits selection is very broad and comprehensive. Setup is easy and fast with each person doing their own data entry. I9 handing was better than ADP. What do you dislike? I don't have much by way of dislikes. Takes the hassle out of small business HR and payroll

What do you like best? We have employees in multiple states - I no longer have to bend over backwards to make sure we are compliant with so many different locations. Simplified our life

What do you like best? We are a small software company with less than 15 US employees. Before Justworks we had to manage relationships with payroll provider, benefits broker, the health, dental, vision providers, 401K provider, workers comp insurance and more. Without a dedicated HR person the annual reviews and paperwork was killing us. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Our employees are very happy with the ease of enrolling in benefits, requesting time off and viewing their needed information in a quick and easy manner. What do you dislike?
