What do you like best? So easy to use, friendly employees, cost-effective. What do you dislike? Could use a more robust HR and reporting functions as well as more communication handling employees working in multiple states.. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great Tool for Growing Company

What do you like best? I love Justworks UI and interface. It's a very easy and user friendly site for me to get the information I need. The detailed reporting of payroll by employee is so useful and helpful. What do you dislike? My biggest complaint is that it does not support international employees. This is a big ask and investment for Justworks, but having that would be incredible valuable. There are still some limitations of Employee Information. Ie, I'd like to add Product Line ...

Lacking Tools

What do you like best? Pricing is better than other PEO's, the user interface is also nicer than most others I've worked with. What do you dislike? Despite billing themselves as one of the most tech forward PEO's, Justworks is lacking when it comes to actual functionality. For example, employees can't really e-sign any of the compliance documents you might expect like an employee handbook, so you will need to distribute hard copies or get them docusigned. User friendly HR software!

What do you like best? The software is very user friendly. I love that I'm able to see my own PTO accrual, easily access my paystubs, and view my team calendar. What do you dislike? I used to use Zenefits, which had a really charming, friendly UI. Justworks has a bit less personality, but definitely gets the job done. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All HR needs- benefits, PTO, payroll

What do you like best? We get our own personal contact at Justworks. She is extremely helpful and goes way out of our way to meet our needs. What do you dislike? Standard rules are followed and usually I, not Justworks, catches small non-profit specific exemptions. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Justworks does all of our payroll processing and keeps track of PTO. We even have a place to put our employee documents and policies.

What do you like best? Taking care of our Investors in our Private Equity Fund. What do you dislike? Health Insurance and payroll.
