What do you like best? Web portal is easy to use, excellent customer service and on boarding process, AND benefits selection is very broad and comprehensive. Setup is easy and fast with each person doing their own data entry. I9 handing was better than ADP. What do you dislike? I don't have much by way of dislikes. The one thing, not Justworks fault, is that we all had HSA accounts with this vendor that were closed in a past relationship and had to be reopened. That process was clunky. ...
