I contacted support because I couldn't upload my images. Although the problem came from my computer, the support replied quickly and helped me. Very satisfied.

Why Jumpstory makes a difference…
I started to use Jumpstory starting from a recommendation and I started with a free trial. Then, I decided to continue as the images are extremely professional, a wide range of topics covered and they help me a lot in building my personal brand as an executive coach. Is a great tool for editing the images and make them about yourself.

Beware
Signed up for free trial, the stock images don't meet my quality requirements. Unsubscribed within the 2 weeks. They charged me anyway. Zero customer support. Judging by the amount of similar review comments, they should have this problem sorted by now.

Poor and confusing signup experience for free trial
Scam and a complete fraud. Signup is unclear, while signing up for a 14 day trial I ended up inadvertently signing up for the annual plan and was immediately charged for a year. The trial is only available for the monthly plan. Content is easily available from other sites without any need to sign up. Useless website being run by unscrupulous people. Charging Free Trials is not a business model!
I was offered a 3-month Free Trial by a member of JumpStory so I decided to give it a try.When the date arrived, I did NOT receive any warning that my free trial is about to expire nor was I asked if I wanted to continue with a paid subscription.Instead, I was directly charged with a monthly price. After explaining the situation to customer support (it happens, I know) - I was denied a refund.So they lost a customer & got a bad review for a mere $32.

WARNING!
WARNING!! do not hand over your credit card details to jumpstory, they keep taking money from your card after you cancel the subscription with them! this is despite them acknowledging my cancelation.
