Didn't offer anything new. Why bother witting a brief of what image you are looking for...which may result in not hitting the mark, when you may as well spend the time looking for it yourself and know it will definitely hit the mark. Since unsubscribed from their mailing list but still get spam mailed.

7 day trial is misleading. Images are also on pexels
Platform is very sleek and well designed and much better than many of the other platforms like adobe and Envato. The negative is the prices are 2-3x the cost of their competitors with far less options to choose from. The site carries the same images you find on pexels and unsplash and only a small percentage of original content. I tried Jumpstory because I am a long time member of multiple other sites and wanted to see if they offered anything better, the quality of images etc. I figured 7 ...

Scammed by Jump Story -
I recently registered for a 7 day free trial of Jump Story right before the holidays. On their materials it promoted a monthly fee of $25 and notification that you could cancel at any time. I did not find the site search to be useful and the images weren’t particularly good so I planned to cancel but since I had downloaded 2-3 photos, I decided to fairly pay for the first month. I was charged $300 - total for the year on day 8. They are telling me now that they will not do a prorated refund ...
