It's interactive, takes me to the, sometimes obscure, corners of products that I need to learn, without me wasting my own time researching or pestering others ...

Rather than our team having to stop and ask a coworker they can get the help they need right then and get work done. Learning new software without JumpSeat would be a nightmare.
