Abysmal customer service combined with unintuitive technology. Save yourself the hassle and go straight to Fillout instead. If you need to use PDFs in forms or e-sign documents, go straight to Fillout instead. We had no end of issues with forms crashing/lagging when uploading PDFs into Jotform. Support confirmed that Jotform struggled to process the PDFs we uploaded - their workaround was for us to send PDFs to them for modification each time we needed to upload one that was ...

Jotform for the win
I use Jotform a lot for the different sports and business ventures I use. I love how you are able to customize each form to individual needs and styles. I do with there was a payment option to allow multiple payment types. Not just 1 or "like" ones. Example, cashapp, venmo, stripe, and paypal etc. Unless theres a way to now and I've missed it.

Jotform for the win

I actually really like JotForm however…
I actually really like JotForm however I always find myself frustrated with being logged out all the time and then having to enter a code when I log back in. It takes ages for the code to arrive and sometimes times out before it arrives. Nobody has time to waste just sat waiting for a code. It probably wastes 30 minutes of my time each week it's that poor. It's a shame because it will ultimately lead to us leaving.
