they could improve the design functions…
they could improve the design functions and the ease of use through the app. but the way they allow to delete forms and submissions is faulty. I have deleted the same submissions multiple times and it almost seems to be that way to force you to upgrade which I dont need to do since I get so few submissions anyways

We love Jotform
We love Jotform! So easy to use, easy to create forms and easy for our customers to pay. This means a lot less hassle with emails and phone calls and allows us to get immediate payment. Highly recommend.
