It depends on the use you want of it not desired for complex web sites

What do you like best? Is a framework that evolved to a CMS so you can easily create custom components. Besides, there is a lot of people using it. So you can easily find modules and components developed by other people. These may fit your needs. What do you dislike? its logic is a mess.
