It depends on the use you want of it not desired for complex web sites
What do you like best? Is a framework that evolved to a CMS so you can easily create custom components. Besides, there is a lot of people using it. So you can easily find modules and components developed by other people. These may fit your needs. What do you dislike? its logic is a mess. I love Joomla
I love Joomla! I've been using it for years, and there's plenty of great stuff in there. Can't complain at all. Really love the access levels, the extensibility and how easy it is for me to develop my own solutions.
